These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "the customer") and TokenLooT ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of TokenLooT and of the website located at https://tokenloot.shop (together, the "Service"). The Service includes our website, our Telegram bot, our customer dashboard and every digital product, code, subscription, account credential or file we deliver through them. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account, do not deposit funds and do not place an order.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, starting our Telegram bot, adding funds to your balance or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence if that age is higher, to use the Service. The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly allow minors to register or transact. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service, and of any product you buy through it, is lawful where you live. Some products we list are subject to regional availability rules, platform restrictions or export controls set by their original vendors; you must not attempt to circumvent those rules through us.
3. Accounts and security
You may access the Service with a Telegram account, an email address and password, or a supported single sign-on provider. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly at admin@tokenloot.shop if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including orders placed and balance spent, except to the extent that the activity results from our own failure to apply reasonable security measures.
One person or entity may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, referral rewards, coupons, loyalty tiers or first-purchase pricing is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the benefits obtained and suspension of every account involved.
4. Digital products and instant delivery
Everything we sell is a digital good. Depending on the product, delivery may consist of a licence key, a redemption code, an activation link, a set of account credentials, a downloadable file, a top-up of a third-party balance, or a manually provisioned service. Most products are delivered automatically within seconds of payment, either in the Telegram chat or in your dashboard order history. Where a product is marked as manually activated, we will fulfil it as soon as an operator is available and we aim to do so within the timeframe shown on the product page.
Product descriptions state the duration, region, warranty and any conditions that apply. We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that a product description, image or screenshot is completely free of error. Where a product depends on a third-party platform, its features, pricing and availability are controlled by that platform and may change without notice to us.
5. Prices, payments and account balance
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and, unless stated otherwise, exclude any taxes, duties or bank charges that may apply to you. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you confirm it. Promotional prices, bulk discount tiers and sale prices apply only while shown and only to the products they are attached to.
You fund purchases either directly or by topping up an internal store balance. Top-ups are processed by third-party payment providers, including cryptocurrency payment processors. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design: once a payment is confirmed on the relevant network we cannot recall it. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the correct address within the validity window of the invoice, and for any network fees. Funds sent to an expired invoice, on the wrong network, or in the wrong asset may be unrecoverable.
Store balance is a prepaid credit for use inside the Service. It is not a deposit account, it carries no interest and it has no cash value outside the Service. Balance top-ups are not refundable except where our Refund Policy or applicable mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Where we do issue a refund, our default remedy is a credit to your store balance.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to commit or facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity. In particular, you must not:
- pay with stolen, borrowed or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments, or with funds derived from unlawful activity;
- resell, redistribute or publish credentials or codes that you obtained from us in breach of the applicable third-party platform's terms;
- use the Service in a way that breaches the terms of service of any third-party platform whose product you purchase, or that would cause that platform to suspend an account;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, probe or scan our infrastructure, bypass rate limits or authentication, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service;
- scrape, mirror or systematically download our catalogue, content or blog articles for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- submit false refund or chargeback claims, or make abusive, threatening or harassing contact with our support staff.
We may refuse, cancel or reverse any order, and suspend any account, where we reasonably suspect a breach of this section or a risk of fraud.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including our brand names, logos, page layouts, written content, product descriptions and blog articles, is owned by TokenLooT or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use the Service and our content only as needed to browse and purchase. You may not copy, adapt, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our permission. Third-party names, trademarks and logos appearing in our catalogue belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their presence does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Telegram, payment processors, hosting and content-delivery providers, email delivery services and the vendors behind the products we resell. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, policy changes or account decisions of third parties, and we cannot restore access to a third-party account that has been suspended for reasons outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, that defects will always be corrected, or that a product will remain functional for its entire stated duration where a third-party platform intervenes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory consumer guarantees available to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or to any order is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim, or the amount of your store balance at the time the claim arose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TokenLooT, its owners, directors, employees and contractors, from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any content or instruction you submit to us.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to admin@tokenloot.shop. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe your continued access presents a security, fraud, legal or reputational risk. Where an account is closed without fault on your part, we will make any remaining store balance available to you to spend or, where technically and legally possible, to be returned to you. Where an account is closed for fraud or abuse, balances obtained through that fraud or abuse may be forfeited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at admin@tokenloot.shop so we can try to resolve the matter directly — most issues are solved within a day or two.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our payment providers, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is material, we will give notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
